I förra veckan genomfördes SOP hos JELD-WEN i Forserum för leverans av en ny IRB 5400 med appliceringsutrustning. Roboten ersatte en TR-5002 FW med styrsystem C5.2 från 1991 som arbetat oavbrutet i imponerande 26 år.
För JELD-WEN innebär det nu att båda robotarna för dörrlackering är av ABB:s senaste generation vilket ger högre tillgänglighet och säkrare produktion.
För RobNor innebär det att den sista roboten med C5.2-styrning nu är utbytt och ersatt av en ny generation. Ett historiskt ögonblick för RobNor och dess personal.

For Jeld-Wen it now means that both robots for door painting are of ABB's latest generation, which provides higher availability and more secure production.
For RobNor, the last robot with C5.2 control system is now replaced by a new generation. An historic moment for RobNor and its staff.
